Astm 6061 6063 T5 T6 Aluminum Alloy PipeWall Thickness 0.3-50mm Con- Ventional Temper
Con- ventional temper codes are used to identify the heat treat- ment (such as T5 and T6) applied to aluminium alloys. T5 includes products that are not cold worked after an ele- vated temperature shaping process such as casting or ex- trusion and for which mechanical properties have been substantially improved by precipitation heat treatment.
T5 is the aluminum profile extruded from the extruder machine after air cooling to make the aluminum profile quickly cool down to meet the hardness requirements (Webster 8 -12 hardness). |
